1. Will the watermarks show up on my prints?
No, watermarks are for display purposes only and will never show up on products shipped to you. There will be a copyright notice printed on the back of photos.
2. How will my photos be printed, and how long will they last?
Glossy, Matte and Luster photographs are printed on Fujicolor Crystal Archive professional photographic paper using Fuji Frontier printers, processed through professional Fuji Hunt Chemicals. The archival quality of this process is 50+ years, before fading may occur. The metallic prints are printed on Kodak Professional Endura Paper. Please keep proper photo care in mind if you would like your prints to last. Photos kept under glass and out of direct sunlight will last the longest. |

3. How will my items be shipped to me? Do I need to worry about them being damaged?
All photos are packaged in sturdy, weather-resistant packaging. You should not need to worry about your items being damaged in the shipping process. However, if anything is damaged in your package when you receive it, please let me know and I will get those items reprinted and reshipped to you immediately.
| 4. What if I am not satisfied with the quality of my prints? | |||
| Please contact me and I will get your order reprinted. | |||
| 5. What about black and white or sepia prints? | |||
I will make any minor edits to photos free of charge. You must contact me before you place your order for these edits. Applicable edits include black & white conversion, sepia, partial desaturation, blemish removal, exposure adjustment and soft focus filter. To request one of these, please click on the "Contact Me" link at the top of the photo page that contains the photo you would like edited. Make sure to include your name and email address, and I will contact you as soon as I have edited and uploaded the new version of the photo.
I have had formal training in Photoshop, as well as many years of experience, so if you have special requests for more extensive editing, please let me know and we can discuss the cost involved. |
| 6. Do you offer other sizes of prints or merchandise? | |||
Yes, please contact me. The items offered on the photo pages are the most common items requested, or items specifically requested by clients before the proofs were posted. I can add items for sale at your request. However, please be aware that not all items may be available for every photo. Resolution, cropping and light availability are factors in how much a photo can be resized.
| 7. Do you offer framing or matting? | |||
No, at this time I am unable to offer framing or matting. If you are interested in gallery wrapped canvas prints, please contact me and we can discuss the cost of this kind of print.
| 8. Why can't I right click on photos to download digital copies for myself? | |||
Right-clicking is disabled on my prints page, unless we discussed this before your event. If you require digital copies of photographs, please contact me to arrange that.
9. What if I order prints in a different aspect ratio than what is displayed? Will the cropping be awkward?
Unless otherwise indicated, all photos in the proof galleries are "display-only". This means that once you place your order, I am informed of the prints you have requested. I then will edit each photo, optimizing it for the prints you have ordered. Since I personally am reviewing and editing each photo, I will choose the crop to best suit your image.
| 10. Can I send my proof gallery to my sister/aunt/friend/boss/gardener? | |||
Absolutely. You are welcome to send your proof gallery to anyone you please. Anyone can view the proofs and order prints, as long as they have the link to your gallery and the password.
| 11. What if my question isn't on this page? | |||
Ask me! You can contact me through the "Contact Me" link at the top of your proof gallery page, or email me directly at "sales [at] emilyanngarcia [dot] com". I am very responsive to e-mail, so you should have your answer quickly.
